We had a great stay at the hotel, which is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood filled with delicious Korean restaurants and charming coffee shops. The room was clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen that allowed us to prepare our own meals. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. We also loved the proximity to VivoCity shopping mall, where we enjoyed some shopping. The hot running water in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise.
The communication with the hotel staff regarding change was a bit confusing and could have been handled better.

The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a great stay. The kitchen was well equipped, making it easy to cook meals when I didn't feel like going out to eat. The building had a bright and modern feel, with plenty of natural sunlight in my room. The location was fantastic, close to a variety of Korean, Western, and Vietnamese restaurants and coffee shops. Despite being on a quiet street, it was still conveniently located, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
Felt safe walking at night, no complaints.

The apartment had a nice view and the staff was always friendly and smiling. The equipment was modern, especially the kitchen, which was very convenient. The location was great, with many restaurants and stores nearby. The laundry service was efficient and the rooms were clean and comfortable, making it feel like home. I would definitely consider coming back in the future.
There were a few downsides to my stay. there was no restaurant on-site and breakfast was outsourced from outside sources.

The neighbourhood around the hotel was a foodie's heaven with plenty of Korean BBQ, hotpot, pho, and cute cafes. And exploring beyond Phuc Long, we found a gem called Cimille Café with its cute decor, friendly staff, and delicious coffee. The room at the hotel was spacious, well-lit, and had the advantage of very hot running water. The location was also great, with VivoCity shopping mall just a short walk away.
The hotel had a few downsides. they had no change, so we had to make sure to bring the exact amount of money or wait for the change to be given back later.
